In order to be certified by the factory, a used Subaru Impreza, Legacy, Forester, WRX, BRZ, Crosstrek, or Outback must adhere to extensive rules and must pass a series of tests and inspections in order to prove that it has what it takes to make it as a Certified Pre-Owned Subaru in Norwalk.
